Machines for Shampoo Bars

Thanks to our experience gained in testing numerous solid shampoo formulas with our machines, we developed a series of machines studied for shampoo bars manufacturing.

There are three mainly ways to produce solid shampoo bars:

  1. Starting from ready shampoo bars base, in form of noodles.
  2. Hot Process starting from SCI (Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate) in powder or granules, that is the mainly ingredient for shampoo bars, and adding additives and perfumes.
  3. Cold Process starting from SCI (Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate) in powder or granules, that is the mainly ingredient for shampoo bars, and adding additives and perfumes.

1. Shampoo Bars manufacturing from SYNDET NOODLES

In this process the noodles with additives, are mixed by means a Double Arm Sigma Mixer heated by electrical heaters or turboflow. After the mixing stage the shampoo base is refined and extruded in continuous long shampoo bar that is cut by hands or by means of the EPC-60 automatic soap cutter. On request the cut shampoo bars can be stamped by means of the soap presses PSP.

2. Shampoo Bars manufacturing from Powder/Granules + additives by means HOT PROCESS
Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate (SCI) and other surfactant/ingredients are melted and mixed by means a Double Arm Sigma Mixer heated by electrical heaters or by turboflow. After the mixing stage the shampoo base is refined and extruded in continuous long shampoo bar, that is cut by hands or by means of the EPC-60 automatic soap cutter. On request the cut shampoo bars can be stamped by means of the soap press PSP.

3. Shampoo Bars manufacturing from Powder/Granules + additives by means COLD PROCESS
Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate (SCI) and other surfactant/ingredients are mixed by means a Standard Soap Mixer, without heating. After the mixing stage the shampoo base is refined 2 or 3 times using a mesh, to amalgamate very well the ingredients. The product is extruded in continuous long shampoo bar that is cut by hands or by means of the EPC-60 automatic soap cutter. On request the cut shampoo bars can be stamped by means of the soap presses PSP.

Other production process can be studied and developed with the Customer.
