Laboratory Soap Machines
Laboratory Soap Finishing Line, as well as Laboratory Soap Machines are designed to test soap formulations, by Laboratories of soap Factories, but also by small Soap Companies and Artisans that produce small quantities of soap. This soap line and laboratory soap machines are designed to mix soap noodles with fragrances, to extrude small soap bars and to produce soap samples.
Thnaks to our Laboratory soap Machines, it is possible to test new soap formulas, before to start the production of soap bars.
Soap Noodles, fragrances and colour are mixed in the Laboratory Soap Mixer. After the mixing the soap base is ready to be extruded by means the Laboratory soap plodder, also called Laboratory soap extruder. The extruded bar is cut and stamped by means the Laboratory manual soap press or the Laboratory Pneumatic Soap Stamper to produce soap samples.

Laboratory Soap Plant
This saponification plant is developed to produce small batches of soap, starting from oils/fats and caustic soda.
The produced soap base can be tested using the laboratory soap line (soap mixer, soap extruder and soap press).
Laboratory Soap Mixer
Laboratory soap mixer are used to mix soap noodles with additives, to test new formulas before to start the soap manufacturing.
Our small soap mixers are useful to test new soap ingredients with small batches of soap noodles.
Laboratory Soap Extruders
Our Laboratory Soap Extruders are developed to refine soap base and to extrude soap bar.
The Lab Soap Extruders can be simplex or duplex and can be supplied in different sizes.
We also supply Laboratory soap extruders as per customer specifications.
Laboratory Soap Stamper for soap samples
We supply two models of Laboratory Soap Press, manual and pneumatic soap stampers.
With Manual Soap Press is possible to produce soap samples up to 75 grams; while using the Pneumatic Soap Stamper is possible to produce soap samples up to 150 grams.
We also supply customized soap molds with customized soap shape and logo stamped on the soap samples.
