Soap Pleat Wrapper PW-10
Description: The Manual Soap Pleat Wrapper PW-10 is studied to wrap round soap bars, starting from pre-cut round paper sheets. One strength of this "easy-to-use" Pleat Wrapper is the possibility to vary the packing material: paper or transparent film.
The PW-10 is supplied with a Size Group as per Customer soap specifications. The changing of Soap Diameter, requires the proper Size Group that we can supply separately.

Soap Flow Wrapper
Description: The small Soap Flow Wrapper DS-20 is studied for small scale soap line. It is possible to wrap up to 20 soap bars per minute, using neutral plastic materials, or also printed plastic material, by means of a photocell (Optional) able to read the “black tack” present on the plastic material reel. The plastic packaging material is Polypropylene with variable thickness from 20 to 45 micron.

Longitudinal sealing: cantilevered pulling wheels + cantilevered sealing wheels
Transversal sealing: progressive cut with inclined cut on the knives with a width of 200 mm.
